WOW! I am editing like crazy today! This is why i love my job! I get to wake up everyday and meet the most amazing families and children that have welcomed me into their lives, & come back with the most fabulous & unique images captured from each session. I wouldnt trade it for the world!

Thank you all so much for your photo submissions! I have selected the models that i need for the children's advertisement in July! I will keep all of your pictures on file for future casting calls. I really do appreciate the quick response. I think I had about 20 clients send me images within the 1st 2 hours of posting the blog. You guys are fabulous!

Im back!!!

My vacation was a blast but way to short. I went to Crystal Lake in Northern Michigan! The town was so quaint and dainty. The restaurants were amazing as they were set downtown and overlooked the crystal blue lake and mountains. And yes, this lake was crystal blue. You could literally see about 20 feet down it was so clear. The cottage that we stayed at was delightful~ and super cozy~ and on a great sandy beach. It was so relaxing. We had way to much fun just laying out on the beach, drinking wine slushies, going out on the boat, shopping at fabulous little boutiques, eating yummy food, etc.. It was a fun filled couple of days to say the least! Oh, and there was also a movie being shot in the downtown area there-it is coming out in 2009. Michael Cera (the main male character from the movie Juno) was in the film and a few other big names! Very cool! Ill show a few pics soon..

ON VACATION!

8 going on 30

Talk about a hoot! This little missy was the cutest thing on earth! She literally has the mind and intellect of a 30 year old :) She was precious. We had a blast together. Katie was the perfect little model. She was very comfortable in front of the camera- a natural! I bet her mom has something to do with that! It was so nice meeting you sweet girl. I hope you enjoy your pictures. There are many more to see...

LOOKING FOR "KIDDO" MODELS

I know this is last minute, however, I am looking for "kiddo" models to use in an advertisement for a children' s magazine!

Requirements:

Light Blonde Hair- prefer long hair

2 Little Boys-
1-3 years old
5-7 years old
Blonde or Brunette
Tan Complexion

All images must be submitted by July 10th. The shoot will take place in Little Rock, AR. the week of July 20th. It will be a summer setting (i.e., pool, sand, beach wear, fun colored umbrellas, lounge chairs, popsicles, etc..) Wardrobe will be provided by an upscale children's clothing boutique!

You will receive all of the proofs from this photo shoot!

All I can say is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE! I had the honor of shooting this precious little family of 3. I photographed Braelyn's 1 year old portraits (a few shown below) 3 days prior to shooting her 1 year old birthday party! Those pics will be posted soon as well. It was a Pink Princess Pool Party! It was just fabulous...
Talk about a sweet, playful, and loving 1 year old... She smiled, laughed, played, and was soooo happy throughout the session! I think her mouth was wide open the whole time :) It must be tough being so cute- it shouldn't be allowed! HA

Here are a few pics from a session that i had while in AR of little miss Ava. She was a cutie pie, and her parents were the ideal parents to have. Her dad was the biggest jokester, and her mom was just as cute as she could be! This little one def showed me her serious side throughout the session! It was precious :) Oh, and here is another "colorful door" pic.. Everyone loves those funky doors. They do make pretty neat pictures!

HS SENIOR SESSION

I couldn't wait to share a few pics from this session. Hayley was absolutely adorable! She has the sweetest little family too. Her mom and sister came along with us, and they kept me rolling the whole time. I definitely didn't have to control this shoot. It just came natural for her!
